With legal work, particularly will drafting – when things go wrong – they can have fairly disastrous consequences. By the time the error is noticed, you are not likely to be around to fix it. The result – most probably a (very expensive) Supreme Court application.
To avoid the mess, expense and delays of Court applications – we offer flexibility in the delivery of our services, payment options and packaged options are available so you don’t have to DIY.
However, we know some of you are pretty independent and will insist on preparing your own documents. We have entered into a referral arrangement with Lawpath – an Australian software provider.
