Our Mission

We are a start-up legal practice and although we are new on the ground in Queensland, our legal practitioner director has a long history in the area of wills and estates law.

Our practice has emerged in response to two pressing needs.

Firstly, the need to encourage Australians to ensure their affairs are in order. Incapacity, whether permanent or temporary, can strike at any time. We think you deserve more than generic advice from google; we tailor advice to your particular circumstances.

Secondly, although death is not a topic Australians like to discuss, we want to talk to you to about death and it’s effect on your family and asset structures. We want you to ensure that appropriate arrangements are made for the support of your loved ones on your death.
