Cybercrime has rapidly increased in Australia in recent years. Email fraud, and intercepting communications, is a primary tactic of cyber criminals.
To combat the threat of cybercrime our preferred method of contact with you is a secure messaging and file sharing platform called “Communicate”.
By using Communicate you will be able to:
- Easily communicate with Willwise
- Receive instant notifications regarding your matter and easily send files
- find all your communication with us in one place, in Communicate
To use Communicate, simply follow these steps:
- Download the Communicate App from your phone’s App Store (see links below)
- From your mobile device, go to your email and find the email from communicate@smokeball.com.au with the subject line: Judy Hayward at Willwise would like to securely share files and messages with you via Smokeball Communicate.
- Click the green “Get started” link and you will receive a pop-up asking you to log in via Smokeball.com.au
- You will now be redirected to the mobile app and receive all messages from Willwise as notifications. Be sure to message us back to let us know you are all set up.
- You can start sending messages and files immediately, but we also recommend you set up multi-factor authentication. Click “Setup MFA” and follow the prompts to secure your account.
